Dr. Olivia Ware's Bio Delivering Leadership Results For The Conyers Community;
Dr. Olivia Ware currently serves as the Chairman of the Board for 'Lets Talk About The (LTATF), a community based non-profit organition that assists low income families with information enabling them to help themselves and broaden their scope identifying and receiving from local and state agencies.
She has had a profound impact on the lives of families within Georgia communities for many years. Dr. Ware's drive and persistence to aid families through grant writing intervention and prevention programs has astounded local, state and nationwide leaders. After presiding over LTATF for 30 years, she is utilizing her wealth of knowledge and experience to launch Set Free TV Network. Set Free TV Network will contribute the same family based principles as LTATF.
Those principles being;
1) presenting a unique approach to community based programming that focuses on reaching and educating low income families.
2) seeking to empower, enlighten, encourage and inspire the families to greater heights of unity that they otherwise would not receive from any such medium.
3) providing community programs on a local, regional, national and international scale.
The Elite American Executive Association honored Dr. Ware for her entrepreneurial concept of Set Free TV Network, with the Executive of the Year Award in 2014.Dr. Olivia Ware has received many such accolades over the years and since 2014 is presently serving as the President of Rockdale and Newton County Counselors of Women Voters, after having run for Mayor of Conyers, Georgia in 2017. She has been instrumental in securing over $150 million in grant money for various social service programs between 1982 and 2016. In 2006 Dr. Ware was honored as Business Woman of the Year by President George Bush and in 2004 she was recognized by Senator Bill First for her leadership role in Grassroots Community Organizations. While volunteering for over 20 Years, Dr. Ware organized and chartered 'Toys for Tots' in the state of Georgia. In 2012, Dr. Ware supervised over 25 mentor groups and achieved Master Grant Writer Trainer status (GWA) and was appointed the title of Master Trainer to train the Trainers by the State of Georgia.
Dedric M. Avery (Oba Chikelu), B.A., MSL, is a native of Decatur, GA. Avery attended University of West Georgia and Belhaven University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership.
Avery also has earned several professional executive management certifications from University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business. He also uses his Organizational Development skillset to consult and support several companies and veterans service organizations.
Currently, he faithfully serves as Bishop and Overseer of the Salt and Light Truth Center in Decatur, Georgia. Since 2004, Bishop Avery has led this progressive and non-traditional community of worshippers through the process of asset attainment, holistic healing and spiritual awakening.
From an alternative perspective, Avery has obtained certifications in African Holistic Health Consultation and Master Level Reiki from A life of Peace Wellness Institute. In addition, he obtained a certification in Life Coaching from The Life Coaching Institute of Orange County.
Avery is a dynamic leader, teacher, speaker, strategist, visionary, musician, model, actor, scholar, activist, vocalist, writer and United States Army Veteran.
Avery is most fulfilled and accomplished when his is accompanied by his two daughters N’dea and J’sari.
His main life purpose is to be an agent of positive change while impacting the community and world with transformational and servant leadership.
Rod is an accomplished professional with over twenty years of sales and service experience in both corporate and as a private business owner. He has experience in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning and execution, and employee motivation techniques. Demonstrates outstanding leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. He’s successful in driving market growth, reducing costs, and achieving customer satisfaction. Able to succeed in dynamic environments and skillfully manage multiple tasks while remaining reliable and focused. Strong interpersonal skills, proficient in fostering positive professional relationships and communicating effectively at all levels.
His experience as a private business owner has rewarded him the opportunity to develop business plans for contracts including pricing, package development advertising/marketing and collections. He creates, produce, and handles all videotaping and editing for clients. He has secured lasting commitments with civil and community organizations, dance studios, small businesses, and private groups.
He currently serves as vice president of telecommunications for Let’s Talk About the Family Non-profit organization, where he is responsible for leading and directing the telecom department to meet and exceed sales revenue, sales profitability and budgetary objectives. He’s also involves in strategic planning, managing people, sales, leveraging technology and improving processes. He creates and executes the sales department go-to-market and operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
He also currently serves as a technical director at Salem Bible Church audio/visual department for the past twenty years. He has trained, mentored and developed new members to the department.
Rod is a life member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Incorporated where he serves as the chairman of the social committee in the Carrollton-Douglasville Alumni chapter.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville Alabama.
He is married with two children where they reside in Douglasville, Georgia.

Mrs. Johnson also has over 17 years’ experience in Safety and Health Care Administration gaining multiple skill sets that include customer services, administration, project management, accounting, and team building projects.
KaSaundra Johnson is a dedicated volunteer with various nonprofit organizations and entrepreneur support workspaces in surrounding metro Atlanta communities.
